Most of Tenerife's most popular resorts are
to be found in the south of the island. Playa de las Americas is
probably the best known, and is a lively, modern, high rise resort.
To the east is Los Christianos, and to the west are the elegant,
upmarket Fanabe and El Duque. A little further down the coast can
be found Los Gigantes, a resort characterised by its fabulous

There is a stunning concert hall, and Santa Cruz is also home to one of the world's largest carnivals. If you're not staying in town why not hire a car and come to santa Cruz for the day?
