Tenerife Norte is located about 11 kilometers from Santa Cruz, in the north of the island. This caters mainly to flights into the other Canary Islands and a few domestic flights from mainland Spain. Tenerife airport car hires are available at the airport itself, and it is better if you call the airport personnel for a reservation before your arrival.
